Lifting is my jam. I love supporting my team in the pursuit of their goals via strength training no matter where in the world they are. Whether you’re just starting out in the gym, dipping your toes in to a new hobby or if you are a more advanced lifter looking to dial in your technique, improve the structure of your training or hit the platform this year, I’d love to work with you.

With online coaching you can:

  • learn how to squat, bench press and deadlift safely and efficiently with correct technique

  • learn how to perform an array of other barbell, dumbbell and machine-based exercises

  • refine your existing technique

  • map out your whole annual training plan so that you’re always training with direction and intent

  • get ready for your first powerlifting competition (or your second, third or 10th)

  • for more advanced lifters you can really up-level your training with the guidance of an experienced coach

  • for newer lifters you can build your confidence in the gym and under a barbell so you can walk in to the gym and completely own it.

Online coaching is a completely personalised service so whatever your training goal we can customise a plan to get around it.

Online strength coaching is a fantastic option for those who are motivated to achieve their goals but require expertise and guidance to ensure their efforts are well directed and fruitful.

I work extremely collaboratively with my online team so you can expect regular communication and the invitation to have a lot of input in the direction and shape of your training.

The addition of nutrition coaching makes this a bomb package for those with body composition goals and/or who compete in weight class sports.
