the strength fortress

I offer face to face coaching as part of the coaching team at The Strength Fortress in Melbourne’s inner west.

Our service delivery is pretty unique. I think it’s really special.

The Strength Fortress was designed for you to be able to complete all of your training under the supervision of a coach. We don’t run classes and we rarely take one on one sessions.

A TSF membership gives you complete gym access during coaching hours, all programming customised to you and a coach there with you for your every session to help you with technique, your warm ups, rehab and whatever else you are navigating.

The Strength Fortress looks kinda scary, I get it. But I think we’re nice people and our team is bomb. TSF was designed with the complete beginner to the advanced lifter in mind. Our service delivery caters to all levels. There is no minimum strength standard and if you’ve never touched a barbell before we would love to teach you.

If you:

  • Want to learn how to lift

  • Want to advance your lifting

  • Would like more face to face support from a coach

  • And being strong, healthy and confident in a gym environment is desirable to you

Then we would love to meet you!

happy people

Lifting for me has been about facing fears. When I get really scared about a heavy top set I’m feeling the fear and doing it anyway. It’s been about facing something really hard and really scary then just DOING IT and feeling f*cking amazing afterward. It’s been a lesson in doing more than I think I’m capable of.

I actually think my biggest achievement is the shift in my mindset. I’m not trying to be as small as possible anymore. I am happy being strong and I am comfortable in my own skin.

We’re not a regular gym; we’re a cool gym. If you want to move well, get strong and train among a bunch of legends – we got you.
