I offer 1-1 face to face personal training sessions at The Strength Fortress in Maidstone. I love working closely with people who are ambitious to improve in the gym. Whether you’re a beginner seeking additional support to get started, or a more advanced lifter seeking in-depth technical support, comprehensive 1-1 training, coupled with well-considered ongoing programming is premium to support you in your goals.

Personal training is suitable for complete beginners through to very advanced lifters.

For beginners, personal training offers the most comprehensive support. You’ll have my undivided attention throughout the entirety of your sessions. I’ll keep you accountable to showing up for yourself consistently, and to ensure your training is always completed to a high standard.

For advanced lifers with audacious training goals, I’ll ensure you are not missing a single opportunity for improvements. We’ll dial in your technique, craft strategic long-term planning, and have you training in an environment that elevates you to bring your very best.

Are you motivated to propel yourself forward but need extra support to do so? With private personal training sessions weekly, comprehensive exercise programming, and access to guided group training at The Strength Fortress, I dare you not to improve 👀

inclusions:

  • 1-1 discovery call

  • 1x 60 minute personal training session (weekly)

  • Periodised exercise programming for both sessions completed together and those completed independently

  • Membership at The Strength Fortress

  • Training at The Strength Fortress during coaching hours, supported by TSF coaches for sessions outside of your weekly personal training session (1-3 additional sessions per week)
